Agencies can be like really wacky families, and what do really wacky families do around this time of year? They get together to celebrate the season, of course, starting with Thanksgiving. At M/C/C we have a Thanksgiving potluck tradition with a non-traditional spin. Instead of signing up to bring the usual suspects like cranberry sauce, turkey and dressing, we always have an unexpected theme to adhere to.

There are prizes for the most creative and most delicious dishes, and the competition is so fierce that mum’s the word around the office when then conversation turns to what you’re going to bring. This year’s theme, “You Name It,” required each person to bring an appetizer, side, main dish, dessert or drink that began with the same letter as the first name. Needless to say, it was the most non-traditional Thanksgiving potluck we’ve ever had, but the only one at which we actually had a carved turkey and two hams!

Tyler's Texas Tortilla Rolls, Sydney's Spinach Dip, Todd's Tomato Basil Mozzarella Salad and Hillary's Hummus start off the feast.

Kathy's Krispy Kreme bread pudding took home the prize for "Most Delicious" while Ellen's Earth Worms In Dirt won "Most Creative."

A Thanksgiving Staple.

Gotta try everything!

Everyone knows that Thanksgiving is the kickoff for the holiday season, and the holiday season means parties abound! But before we leave you with some images of our night spent improvising in Deep Ellum with Dallas’ Ad-Libs, please allow us to wish you Happy Holidays in snow motion.

Best wishes for the season from all of us at M/C/C!
